Mentoring as action coaching

The Mighty Men Mentoring course is for Wellbeing and Action Coaching. It is a unique blend of wellbeing mentoring and action-based coaching. The aim is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of men by helping them get active. This is why some people call is action coaching as well.

The course is designed for males who want to improve their mental health, whilst learning new skills, developing confidence and making positive lifestyle changes. They may be at college, university or in employment.

The MMM course is for younger and older males of all levels in their life

Mentors are currently working with males who want to develop their skills

Mentors work with males from all sectors and education establishments.
